With over a decade of hands-on experience, owner and licensed General Contractor Adam Pace brings a strong foundation of practical knowledge and a personal passion for craftsmanship to every project. After relocating from Tooele to Cedar City in 2014, Adam pursued studies at Southern Utah University, met his wife in 2016, and planted roots in the community. Now a proud father of two (with a third on the way), Adam officially launched Pace Builders in 2023 to bring his vision of reliable, client-focused construction to life.

Meet Adam Pace, Owner of Pace Builders

My name is Adam Pace, founder and licensed General Contractor at Pace Builders. Originally from Tooele, Utah, I moved to Cedar City in 2014 to attend Southern Utah University, where I studied biology. It was here that I met my wife in 2016. We married in 2019 and are now proud parents of two daughters—with a third child on the way this August. 

I’ve worked in the construction industry for over a decade, gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of residential and commercial projects. My passion for quality craftsmanship and client-focused service led me to earn my General Contractor’s license and launch Pace Builders full-time in June 2024. 

At Pace Builders, I combine practical experience with a commitment to integrity, attention to detail, and clear communication—values I bring to every project, whether it’s a full home remodel, a custom outdoor space, or anything in between.
